After last night's The Ed Show in Denver wrapped, Ed appeared in person at MSNBC's an open-to-the-public presidential debate-eve viewing party at Govnr’s Park Tavern.  As you can see, everybody had a great time, especially Ed himself!

MSNBC announced today it's going to host a presidential debate-eve watch party in Denver tomorrow night (Oct. 2) and Ed wants you to join him! 

Please come to Govnrs Park Tavern at 672 Logan St. starting at 4pMT for the live 6pMT broadcast of The Ed Show (don’t forget it’s first come, first served so we cannot guarantee everyone will get in).

Be sure to stick around as Ed will stop by after the show (he will be doing the actual show from a studio at another location, both tonight and Tuesday night; the actual Obama-Romney debate is Wednesday night).

We’re happy to report tonight that Ed’s wife, Wendy, who was stricken with ovarian cancer, has been released from the hospital and her doctors believe she is on the road to a full recovery.

Wendy and Ed arrived back home today in Minnesota and Ed is committed to be with her every step of the way on her long road to recovery.

Ed thanks the countless number of people who have reached out to them during this trying time.

The big man will be back in this chair as soon as he can.

Last night Ed stayed late after the show to record a certain something for a top secret project. If you can figure out the identity of the man in the split screen you may be able to figure out what Ed is recording. That's all we're saying... take your best guess! 

Ed was in Washington over the weekend, along with many politicians, journalists, celebrities and fans, for the 98th annual White House Correspondents' Dinner at the Washington Hilton. 

But things really got cookin' at the MSNBC after-party at the Italian Embassy, where our spies took these candid images.

Rachel Maddow mixed drinks for the arrivals.

Comedian Jimmy Kimmel stopped by after headlining the dinner.

DJ Funkmaster Flex kept everybody moving.

And Ed was reportedly seen busting some moves on the dance floor.  If you can spot him in this image, let us know!

On Monday, April 2, Ed is hitting the road again!  This time, he'll be live in Madison, Wisconsin, on the eve of the state's presidential primary.

He’ll be hosting The Ed Show live from the Great Dane 123 E. Doty Street from 7 to 8 p.m. local time (CDT).

With the presidential election and the Walker recall at stake, it should be a fantastic night to talk politics!!

Next Monday, April 2, we'll be live in Madison, Wisconsin on the eve of the state's presidential primary.

We’ll be broadcasting the show from the Great Dane from 7 to 8pm local time (CDT) and then we'll be shooting our next series of "Lean Forward" promotional spots at the Cooper’s Tavern after the show.

There’s a (bogus) story swirling in the conservative blogosphere today, claiming unions paid Ed $200,000 in 2011.
