I went to several different cable stations and listened after the debate. Let's just say it's not in the bag as some would like to think. The comedy programs will have some new material to work with for awhile for sure. You'll see.

There is no doubt that VP Biden won to nights debate. Starting with Libya matter when P.Ryan started to blame President for not providing American embassy in Libya more security, immediately VP Biden shut him off saying that it was P.Ryan who voted NO to fund. Then in all other topics VP challenged and proved that repubs have no specific plans for middle class or how to keep America safe, it is only rhetoric. Great job by VP Biden.

Wow, the Obama Administration is damned if they do and damned if they don't!! They can't win with these guys. Last week you guys were boasting about how Romney was aggressive and how he kicked Obama's butt, now being aggressive equates with being a jerk? So if the situation had been reversed last week Obama would have been seen as not presidential or a jerk? Shoot first and get facts later? He didn't bother to think of the safety of the Americans still there and how they would be impacted as a result of any action taken. This is a damn good reason to disqualify Romney as POTUS. And a critical element required of the incumbent would be the ability to make rounded decisions, a quality that Romney is severely lacking. Republicans like to claim they are good for the economy because they will cut unnecessary spending so we don't need any more money.

Budget cuts are called austerity, which works like this:

1. We can cut Department of Defense because the cold war and Iraq are over but republicans oppose that.
2. We could cut Department of Education more despite the fact that prison populations skyrocketed after illiteracy went out of control when Bush #2 used No Child Left Behind to gut education spending.
3. We can cut Social Security & Medicare to force retired people to go back to work after Bush squandered their retirement trust fund bombing Muslims.
4. We really should cut the Drug Enforcement Administration but republicans don't want to cut this because that is where they are getting all of their free prison labor because everything the DEA is doing is making the problem worse.

Joe won hands down by providing supported facts. Ryan provided a wish list with no supporting details and slipping at one point by admitting they had no plan. The R & R team plan as he stated will be developed based on a bipartisian agreement. Do wish Biden had mentioned the obstructionist House whose policies trickled down to state local levels. Look at how the GOP increased unemployment by eliminating teachers, police, and firemen's jobs. Truth always comes out and honesty is always the best policy.
