Mitt Romney seems to lie every time he opens his mouth to speak . . . so it is a pretty good bet he will be lying at the debate tomorrow.
I also wrote that disappeared is : Mitt Romney will try to lie in the debate like he is doing in his campaign. President Obama will need to point out those lies and let the American people why they are lies. President can win by a landslide victory in this election.

He certainly doesn't have any convictions to stand up for... other than cutting taxes for the rich and getting rid of those pesky regulations that protect the average American.
I hope he lies, and I hope Obama exposes him in the debates as the liar he is. It will be great fun to watch the willard get angry and frustrated, and go crying to moma ann.

I don't think Mutt can be characterized as an "Anti-Christ" exactly. Hitler is someone who could more accurately be called that... having committed mass murder and directed atrocities to be carried out on innocent victims.
It's true that Mutt is dishonest and a liar, and for the most part... has made his millions in an unethical manner. I believe that has come from his life consisting of living in a privileged bubble, and never having to consider the effect of his actions on others.
I'm surprised that he hasn't gained a more compassionate attitude toward the less privileged, etc. or been effected by his church service... as his attitudes of selfishness are not the common teachings within the LDS church and are in direct conflict with the teachings and example of Jesus Christ.
My only explanation is that these attitudes of Mutt's come solely form his membership in the GOP and it's political philosophies... as it seems to be with all the Repugs and Teapugs.
If the truth will set people free, Romney and Ryan are in a prison of their own making.

But to describe Mutt further his Dad was a decent honest man and that directly reflected his 'religious teaching' my parents when they were alive would have voted for Mutt's Dad but what stopped them was his religion. Now that being said I find parallels between Mutt and a builder in California that shall remain 'nameless' - the builders Dad was an honest and decent man and built a really good house at a great value his son on the other hand was a hard liner and very 'dishonest' in business yet always had his hands out for 'tax breaks' at the expense of the people who had the misfortune of owning one of his homes. Even though these men had good and decent parents the grew into dishonest businessmen. That directly reflects Flip Robme. Its all about the money nothing else.
An interesting word that may describe what Romney will say at the debates and one that is used elsewhere as well. If the shoe fits . . . go ahead and wear it . . . uh . . . Mr. Etch-A-Sketch.

Given that Senator Ted Kennedy described Romney as being "Multiple Choice" with regard to abortion and the woman's right to choose, and that issue has the two extreme choices: pro-abortion & anti-choice, with several shades of gray between those extremes, I'd have to go for "The 7 Faces of Dr. Lao" (a film adaptation of the 1935 fantasy novel The Circus of Dr. Lao by Charles G. Finney, (reference: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7_Faces_of_Dr._Lao).
Given that the GOP debates were more an on-going circus than genuine debates and that Romney's talking points are more fantasy than reality because only bad math will allow for any possibility of Romney's tax cuts and balanced budget to both be true. However, since we live in the real world, Romney is constrained to the use of sound arithmetic in deriving solutions that include the 1% getting additional tax cuts.

Mitt's dad was also a Republican, but much more ethical than Mitt. I'd say the distinction lies in how they made their respective fortunes. George owned American Motors (Jeep, Rambler,etc.) during a period of time before the Supply-Side/Trickle-Down (Voodoo) Economics ever got started, when things were made, thus creating more capital, so it was still possible for both sides (buyer & seller) to win in the market economy.
On the other hand, when Mitt started making his fortune, Reagan was President, and the paradigm shift to Supply-Side Economics was fairly-well entrenched. Mitt made his fortune by manipulating money and manipulating the companies effectively stolen through LBOs at a point in time where companies could not refuse a buyout offer, then were left with nothing but their own debt to invest in (i.e., Junk Bonds). But, those leveraged companies were dependent upon having other businesses investing in the Junk Bonds too, or doomed to file for bankruptcy due to a lack of liquid assets to run the business with - because Mitt and his cohorts raided those companies of all assets, including operating capital to pay employees with,
Of course, Bain Capital wasn't the only Corporate Raider. Two other big names I recall, who were also engaged in LBO after LBO, leaving a string of failed companies that had drowned in the debt foisted upon them, were Michael Milken (Junk Bond King) and Ivan Boesky - the main reason why I remember them but hadn't heard of Bain Capital until a year or so ago, was that Milken & Boesky were both arrested for what they did, while Romney somehow managed to stay on the legal side of unethical behavior, thus avoiding arrest.
I know that Milken saw the error of his ways, and is now engaged in activities as close to restitution as possible. Boesky has remained under the radar after his arrest for insider trading, as far as I could tell from a Google search.
At any rate, Romney initially tried to justify his qualifications as a job creator from his work at Bain Capital, which most assuredly, was not in business to create jobs, but to create wealth. As creating jobs is counterproductive to the creation of wealth in context of the Instant Gratification world of Wall Street, where "long-term" is usually not long past the current quarterly report, but within the current fiscal year (or 1st quarter of next fiscal year if in 4th quarter of the current fiscal year). The 5 to 7 year "incubation period" before harvesting wealth was Bain Capital in its formative, early years of existence. That degree of patience was long-gone by 1999, when Romney claims he left Bain Capital to rescue the Salt Lake City Olympics. Bain Capital's success stories were in those early years; as the incubation period prior to harvesting shortened, the number of failed companies that Bain Capital left in its wake exploded quite noticeably.
Nevertheless, even Bain Capital's successes, such as Staples or Sports Authority, could only succeed by driving local Mom & Pop Stationery and Sporting Goods stores out of business. And, most likely, the new hires of local residents was largely restricted to entry-level, minimum wage employees, with Management largely brought in from well-established stores elsewhere, with much of the income from local sales no longer being spent in the local community, but ending up flowing towards Corporate Headquarters.

Romney/Ryan have invested so much in lying both ways: claiming Obama is an abject failure when Obama has actually done about as well as possible, given the roadblocks to success & recovery that the GOP has constructed; and claiming that their plan to double-down on trickle-down with additional tax cuts for the rich that they claim will be revenue-neutral. The GOP has invested so much in the Grover Norquist ideology that no new taxes and spending cuts will lead to a balanced budget, which entails that the degree of cognitive dissonance tied into their world-view is so extreme that they can't tell the difference between what is true and what is false: after all, in any system of logic based upon a contradiction, everything can be true. And, since Romney & Ryan are committed to believing that the fallacious Norquistian Paradigm is possible, they are systematically incapable of distinguishing the possible from the impossible, fantasy from reality, much less what's true from what's false.
So the upshot is that if Romney & Ryan are telling the truth about what the believe, then by necessity, they must be lying about what is actual because what's actual isn't possible given that they believe the impossible is actual.

I well remember watching Monty Python followed by the International Animation Film Festival on Sunday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Of course, Monty Python is very British, the Film Festival was generally Continental European. Nevertheless, both explored humor of a kind that I generally couldn't find any American correlate to, with the occasional exception of Kurt Vonnegut ("Welcome to the Monkey House," etc.) When I was over in Holy Loch, Scotland, with the submarine I was stationed on, I'd often watch Benny Hill at the nearby EM Club. The genuine truth is likely more complicated. While terrorists, likely linked to Al-Qaeda or Hezbollah, had likely planned the raid in Benghazi to happen on 9/11/12, they also had the unplanned benefit of using the commotion brought on by the existence of that inflammatory video as a "smokescreen", which very few, if any, of the spontaneous rioters had even watched, to mask their already existing plans to assassinate Stevens; the other 3 Americans and the 10 Libyans who were also killed may have been closer to collateral damage from being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
For all that any of us know, had it not been for the fact that that inflammatory video just happened to go viral not long before 9/11/12, may have also been deliberately planned for the explicit purpose of increasing the odds that the terrorist plot would be successful. While I certainly have know way of knowing whether the coexistence of the two events was by design or purely by coincidence, I find it very difficult to believe that the coincidence was accidental. Logic informs me that the coincidence was by design, for obfuscatory purposes.

During the Iran-Contra hearings, it came out that Bill Casey (who became CIA director after Reagan was inaugurated) had arranged with pro-Ayatollah forces in Iran for those hostages not to be released until Reagan was inaugurated - in large part to ensure that Reagan would win, pure Presidential politics of the dirtiest kind. (I knew at the moment that the hostages were released that the was "something rotten in Denmark" - had it not been for Ollie North and Fawn Hill getting caught, that bit of rotten trivia may have remained in the dark where Bill Casey had intended it to stay. I hope you are both doing well. With regards to Mutt Robme, the fact that his father George did seem to be quite a different man is perplexing. I don't actually remember George Romney (or his personal qualities) myself, but Mutt seems to have had a major case of hero worship when it came to his father. So it seems like he would try to be more like his father... but instead falls quite short in regards to his honesty, etc. Of course, Mutt's father came from different circumstances than Mutt has ever had to experience. George Romney had experienced poverty and his family needing to receive assistance from the Government. So he probably saw the government in a much different way and recognized the advantages his country gave him in being successful. George Romney would also have lived through the Great Depression, which greatly influenced most of that generation as it did my parents.
I agree with Chuck that Mutt's difference in attitudes came from not only his different experiences in life than his father's, but also the differences in how they made their fortunes, the political influences of their times, etc. Such as George Romney making his fortune as the President of GM and actually making a product, automobiles. By contrast, Mutt made his living taking over companies, manipulating their assets and ultimately draining all value out of those companies before leaving them broken, as well as the workers lives.
Also during George Romney's time, the right wing of that time was also trying to influence the party, and Mutt's father actually stood up for his own beliefs and values, and denounced those extremists in the party at that time. Mutt unfortunately doesn't have the backbone to stand up to the TEA party and the far right extremists with influence of today... like Lush Limpbrain. Plus he's so used to telling the group he's talking to at the moment what he thinks they want to hear in order to pander to them, that he seems to have forgotten what his own true beliefs and values are... if he ever had any to begin with.
Plus as Chuck mentioned, Mutt has been influenced by the supply side ideas of Ronnie Raygun's and all the other idiotic philosophies that have pervaded and taken hold in the Repug party since his father's day. I think all of those influences have ended up making Mutt Robme a very different man than his father was. Thanks for all those great points you made Chuck.

Exactly.... what Dee Dee and Rusty simplistically call Obama being dishonest, was in reality the President giving what initial info was known, while doing the responsible thing of holding off on additional responses until he had ALL OF THE FACTS. A lesson that Mutt Robme learned about the hard way, after ending up looking like an even bigger fool than we already knew him to be.
Something else that DeeDee and Rusty don't seem to understand is that there is probably some information that the President cannot reveal publicly because of national security or the security of those in other parts of the world. But with DeeDee's and Rusty's reasoning, President Obama should have made a public announcement to the country about the "planned mission to take out Osama Bin Laden" before carrying it out.

It was a deliberate attempt to divert attention from the fact that the video had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the attack. Try blaming the drone attacks that have killed between 300-700 women and children in Pakistan. Try blaming Obama for spiking the ball on Bin Laden's death.
