You may have heard by now about the Peanut Incident of 2012. For those of you missing out here’s the gist:
Two RNC attendees were thrown out of the Tampa convention center after throwing nuts an African-American CNN camerawoman and saying “This is how we feed animals.”
First tweeted by David Shuster, the incident has been confirmed by both CNN and RNC officials. While the convention condemned the guilty parties, saying their “conduct was inexcusable and unacceptable,” neither party is offering up any more details.
Apart from acknowledging that this “incident” (as they’re calling it) occurred, neither CNN nor the RNC has offered up any kind of explanation nor any other revealing details as to who these nut-flingers are. Were these simply attendees or were they delegates?
Are they public officials or simply drunk GOP fans? Do they have constituents who deserve to know about this? Do they have a motive or an agenda behind their actions? Or were these simply the horrible inexcusable mistakes of two ignorant nobodies?
There’s anger mounting from both the left and right towards the two who dared to make such a grave error of judgment during an already tumultuous time for the GOP. While they were ejected from the convention by officials, many believe they have the responsibility to answer for their now public misdoings.

While watching the RNC, I had to pop over to MSNBC to see how they were responding. MSNBC is a FRICKIN' JOKE. I have never seen a more biased and moronic display in decades. If there was anyone in management with one ounce of intelligence or integrity, they would fire Matthews, Maddow, Schultz and the other jerk off's on the spot. The sad part is there will be 20 percent of the viewing audience that will be watching and cheering them
on.
Coming from a racist such as you metoo I am not surprised by your weak comments.
You did mean Matthews, Schultz, Maddow, Sharpton and the rest deserve raises
And that 20% will be the most informed of all! Matthews, Maddow, Schultz and all the other jerk offs are the ONLY ones that tell the TRUTH!!!!
So much for the Tolerant teabaggers.....lol
I don't think they need to be thrown off. I just think they're pathetic. Sharpton is the worst, but Ed is right behind him. I can't stand Maddow, but I think she's smart and can argue a point. I like Matthews. But Ed and Sharpton... f@#$. One-track guys. With Ed, 99% of his comments/positions come down to class warefare and pro-union positions. For Sharpton, the world revolves around race and racism. Neither of them have the intelligence to see a perspective other than their own
I like to watch MSNBC more than any of the other networks because I find it humorous.
Teabaggers are worthless filth.
yes because we all should be fox's mindless trolls and not have our own opinions and beliefs well guess what we want the truth thats why we watch msnbc
its called msnbc tells the truth
It's funny to me that you right wingers would even watch MSNBC if that's how you feel about it. We sure don't watch FOX UN-NEWS. Rachel Maddow has more intelligence in her little finger than any of you have in your entire being...as for Sharpton it just confirms what right wingers really are...and Ed Schultz how is he any different from your Rush Limbaughs and Bill O'Reillys? As for Chris Matthews he's the only one who calls it as he sees it..and of course you righties wouldn't like that. So why not stay over on FOX if you want to see REAL humour. No party promotes class warfare like the GOP. They are full of racist, sexist and anti everything but money and guns. Keep the rich rich and the poor poorer that's the GOP motto...and eff the middle class. I hope Obama wins this...even though you right wingers really deserve Romney.
It's very disturbing how many racists are coming out still- I realize they are around, but they must feel very safe exibiting this blatant rude conduct and insulting behavior- it is absolutely awful to see and hear this prejudice in this day and age. Parents and teachers what are you teaching these children who grow up to be disrespectful, rude and nasty adults?
yes sir King of the world. You are the boss and the rest of us are opinionless peons. When you want our opinion you will give it to us.
metoo, the frikin joke is r & r....do you think they are going to improve anything for the rest of us.....me to would say me first.....and I want mine. Not careing if anyone else gets any......well, what a frikin mean joke it will be if the r & r get elected. No thank you I would like to see the next year of moving forward, not trying to "BELIEVE" in a willard/ryan fantasy world of nothing for anyone but themselves. We will definitely be drawn into another war if r & r have their way. and we will be back in the fairytale world of 2000 -2008 with all the lies the republicans can create. NO THANK YOU. I'll vote for Obama.
MSNBC wants you to think the Republican Party hates minorities. So much so that the
liberal news network cut minority speeches from its convention coverage.
When popular Tea Party candidate Ted Cruz, the GOP nominee for Senate, took the
stage, MSNBC cut away from the Republican National Convention and the Hispanic
Republican from Texas’ speech.
MSNBC stayed on commercial through former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis’ speech, as
well. Davis, who recently became a Republican, is black.
Then, when Puerto Rican Governor Luis Fortuno’s wife Luce’ Vela Fortuño took the stage minutes later, MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews opted to talk over the First Lady’s speech.
And Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval? Noticeably missing from MSNBC, too.
Mia Love, a black candidate for Congress in Utah, was also ignored by MSNBC.
WHY MSNBC WHY?????????
I Heard That They {rnc Supporters} Were Poopin' and Peein' in the Parking Lot and Having sex ...
Do you think MSNBC has to show minorities that? Hell if all these years haven't shown them then all they'd have to do is just watch how they talk about this President and how they disrespect him and the office he holds.
Another igorant post by MD/Mi - GOMER!!! he he he he Hey! Go away goofball...lol
Yam - they direspect him because he is an incompetant failure, not because of his skin color. Only a liberal would believe that!
meto99, why sholhd MSNBC stay and air more hate from your group.they have the right to turn to something more positive.
I didn't see them on FOX!!!
Has Anyone Ever Heard That Song -- Stroke Me - Stroke Me ??? I Think They Need To Play That Tune At The RNC Convention ........
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_OGARBe6W0 == B.S. - Stroke ME
Especially in the RNC Convention Mens Rooms.
metoo, wait until you see how Fox ignores speeches at the DNC convention.
I cannot fact check your claims, but I will say there were probably more minority faces in front of the curtain than there were in the audience.
Once again the republicans show their true racist colors....If it isn't clear to everyone by now it never will be...
yeah right. the whole story..not the edited version msnbc is telling you will come out. finding it very strange they automatically said GOPers did this. it more then likely was two idiots not supporting Romney because they did it to a african american who works for the media and they knew they would get caught and it would be all over the news..theory of mine is they are not republican.
LMAO
wa wa wa goes the troll blah blah blah troll speak.
slowly stand and remove your head from your fourth point of contact, i know your internal organs will miss your small head, but over all you will be so much better off.
GOP to TGOP we just PUNKED YOU!!!! hope we still get you vote, as we know you are not smart enough to know how we punked you.
LOL some more.
I would like more information on the Incident where the lead delegate from Puerto Rico was attempting to address the delegate assembly and was not able to because of the 'USA' chant that was started up.
There is some stunning footage of the incident out there. Dozens of 'individuals' from many states shouting down a female minority before she could deliver her report.
It is truly sad what we have become... and so many seem to think it's okay.
I think this was racial in nature but in a Twitter debate someone asked rather than racial could "This is how we feed animals" could have referred to newspeople in general I don't think that was the case but it did give me something to think about
Bill please... don't fall for the okey doke.
@BillKing Don't be fooled that this was anything other than racist. It was so blatant it was disgusting. Yes, I suppose it COULD have referred to "news people in general" but it didn't.
Give me a break.....they even heckled Rice. Just a bunch of bigoted jerks. It should be the other way around.....We know who the real animals are. If they weren't they could raise themselves above their bigoted ways.
metoo99. why should MSNBC, give more air time to haters like you and the tea party, the rnc, the gop, carl rove pat robinson, focus on the family. MSNBC showed the hate speech of John Boehner,Kasich, santorum,Christie, govenor of S C, of Mexico, how many more hatemongers did you want to see.Your team can't come up with any original ideas or plans to move this country FOWARD, so you lie about the other team that you are so fearful of.You all have been reapeting these lies for four years now.Look at your standing. GOD hates liars!!!!!!.
I will just say this. America is a melting pot for people of all colors, creeds, origins and nationalities. Which party better represents a melting pot, the 95% white RNC audience or the mixed DNC audience? Nuff Said
We know you are right Greg, and we are trying like hell to point this out to these bigoted politicians.
This is starting to look like it is all about race and not about who can do what for our Country.
Thank you MSNBC for giving the facts as they become available. CNN could have avoided some of the outrage if they had reported the story truthfully and in a timely manner. I don't do terseness and that is the kind of response I received from them.
the facts after they edited the tapes you mean..MSNBC is drooling for stories like this and i seriously doubt these two were romney supporters.

Here's the Teabagger schedule for Nov. 6, 2012
11:00 PST- Mitt Romney gives his concession speech.
BAMMMMM!!!!
Okay you guys lost the civil war, so chill out wont ya?
I'm not one bit surprised...Boehner was drunk but that's no excuse.
This has turned into a racial debate instead of who can do what our Country needs.
Only in part.. and if something happens like this are we suppose to ignore it?
There are many sides and all real issues like why has the president been stonewalled by the Teapublicans.
TS - It has been a racial debate since Obama took office. The President is trying to do what is needed, but the Republicans are stonewalling everything. We need Senate and House rule changes that will allow at least some things to get done.
The President was "stonewalled" because it was a big set-up from the beginning. The Republicans (scared of the TeaPublicans) decided they would not cooperate with anything he wanted so they can now accuse him of not getting anything done. They win the battle within their increasingly far-right party and they win some of the public opinion about Pres. Obama being ineffective.
ignorant political hacks are turnng it into a racial issue..from both sides.
Must be a real S-L-O-W news day.
So what we have here, some rightwing clowns throwing peanuts at a leftwing camera person.
Let's just how far out of proportion you leftys push this story.
Here's a funny one a guy throwing something! It always gives me a laugh!
http://youtu.be/1rwxIjQZF98
If its to S-L-O-W for you U can MOOOOVE ALONG!
Who Ever That Was Is A Damn GOOD MAN !!!!!! I Believe That He was Donating his Shoes .... Hell-of-a-Guy ....... Very Thoughtful of him ....I Wonder If he Got a Tax-Break For his Donation ????
truth is it was some democrat stooges maybe code pink who did this.
This incident is not only disturbing--it's sad. Does it reflect what the GOP feels about minorites in general just because it occurred at their convention? Of course not. But over the years, there has been a growing "reality TV" element within society that finds this sort of behavior funny. It's not under any circumstance and only those morons who think their own ignorance is cool wouldn't see that.
Good that the fools were thrown out. Now the GOP leadership needs to acknowledge that their own rhetoric and divisive tactics and language have led anyone to think that such behavior could be seen in any way as remotely appropriate
1 - the guy was probably a liberal trying to make the RNC Convention look bad, just like they did at the TEA Party meetings.
2 - it is Obama and the liberal media (especially MSNBC) that has stoked racial divisiveness.
LOL You morons don't need someone to make you look bad sillyman...
Identify the re-thugs. If they are delegates, that needs to be publicized. This is the kind of thuggery that follows BONEHEAD'S speech. He looked like he had just stumbled out of some bar , probably a stripclub in Tampa.
The Republican party is inclusive -- right now Mitt is building up his African American base. 0% of the living support him, but he's baptizing the dead like a nun weeding the asparagus patch. It's growing -- pretty soon he might even earn the title "1 percent-er!"
Sounds like what the Democrats are doing with the Faux Voter Suppression story. They know the election might be close so they want as many dead people as they can find to register and vote for Obama!
GoofyBoy - Do Some Research ----- Or At Least OPEN Your Eyes -- Goofball ............
There IS Somethin' Seriously WRONG With YOU .........and Your In-Bred Kind ..........
Obama 4 more years 2012
4 more years of obummer and we will be standing in soup lines!
Romney already has that plan developed sillyman..It's called Ryanomics.
sillyBoy- Alot of AMERICANS Already ARE !!!! U - GOMER .....................
Sillybutt~
If Romney gets in, you won't have to wait four years, you'll be in the soup line by next Fall.
Still waiting on an MSNBC producer to answer why they didn't televise any speeches by minority speakers.
If you were watching MSNBC’s coverage of the Republican National Convention in Tampa on Tuesday night, you might believe those assertions, since missing from the coverage was nearly every ethnic minority that spoke during Tuesday’s festivities.
In lieu of airing speeches from former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis, a black American; Mia Love, a black candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Utah; and Texas senatorial hopeful Ted Cruz, a Latino American, MSNBC opted to show commentary anchored by Rachel Maddow from Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Chris Hayes and Steve Schmidt.
Throughout this convention, Matthews has accused the Republicans of playing dog-whistle racist politics while on scene in Tampa. It isn’t clear, however, if Matthews will hurl accusations of racism at Davis, Love or Cruz for speeches his network failed to broadcast.
So what is MSNBC's answer? We're waiting; meanwhile the story is going viral.
I live in the Tampa area and what is sad is none of the local news is reporting the incident
metoo999 - although i am sure you are a fellow repugnantcan devil worshiper but as a latino i will tell you unlike the herd of sheep that fallow repugs women and blacks and most latinos can see if you throw out one of the people that are brainwashed like you that happen too look like us we are not stupid enough to fallow them. that is why you will loose and due to your pathetic hate and ignorance there will be a permanent democrat majority basically because white people are no longer the majority MY people are.
P.s. incase you repug fools have not realized the reason the economy is not better is because of your jackasses in the congress blocking everything- i.e meaning it is still bushes economy.
Do you mean Senator Reed who will not allow any jobs bills to come to the Senate floor for a vote? whats he afraid of they might pass??? and won't have anyone to blame for the failed economy or a failed President
repugs are so stupid they do not see that their 4th reich will stop any video recording of this incident and confiscate the tapes or the phones if there were.
Some people on here are plain idiots. I am writing from Europe and watched MSNBC video clips online and love every minute of it. One of the strong points with MSNBC's presenters is that they always put up the numbers (the facts) for all to see. To attack those presenters and involved race into is just plain stupid.
Sullyman, how can dead people vote? Are you an arse of jack-arse or both?
Turns out they were MSNBC employees.
G .....BINGO!!
proof please
