It is no more relavent to release Tax returns than it is to release college transcripts. Obama's college transcripts are sealed. Hillary tried to get them released. If you have money in a foreign bank that you are indeed hiding from the federal goverment it is not reported because foreign banks do not send a 1099 therefore it is not reported on the tax return...

Before you go off the deep end. I work for a private sector company. All 401k contributions are reported to the Government. I don't get a 1099 from my company's 401k provider. All my 401k contributions are provided at the end of the year on my W-2. My sister, who works for a Union, gets a 1099 with her retirement contributions stated. I do her taxes too. I, however, do not get a 1099.

Apparently, public sector Unions work a little differently than private sector companies.

Romney produces tax records, Obama his college transcripts, including who paid for it.

Sounds like a deal to me.

Romney's "jobs plan" also says he is going to put banks back in charge of the education grant and loan program, which is the thing Obama eliminated in 2010 that allowed people with bad credit to being retrained so they could get jobs. Banks don't allow unemployed people to get college loans or grants.

Another thing about that 'legal speak' is that notice when he talks about his money being off shored he is very careful to say he paid taxes 'where appropriate' but anyone who does tax work knows that those foreign banks don't send you a 1099 to be reported on your tax return. And if the money isn't reported then you DONT PAY TAXES ON IT.
