Bain Capitol has been firing employees and bankrupting companies so that they can extract money from retirement funds, which in turn becomes income for Mitt Romney.
The lead negotiator for the PBGC is Ms. Schneider, a former employee of Mitt Romney at Bain & Co., which is a clear conflict of interest that corrupts public trust in the federal bankruptcy process.
This represents a criminal conflict of interest that is prohibited by federal law.

Yep- and it only took two things for him to creat and save that many jobs. 1) give an extremely high "saving jobs" rate becuase you could put any number in there whatsover- meaningless., and 2) spend about $500,000 per job created or saved- meaning that it is more like $1,500,000 for each job actually added.

Anonymous corporations are used to hide money, which becomes useful for anyone with an annual income more than about $250,000.
Anyone that owns more than 1 company can use bank accounts to play shell games.
Several states, like Delaware and Nevada, allow anonymous corporations where court order is required to identify officers with the financial authority to execute banking transactions. Only the banks know who can sign checks.
The IRS does not investigate security fraud. The IRS only knows who signed each tax return.
The SEC investigates securities fraud. The SEC doesn't receive tax returns for privately held companies.
SEC disclosure is only required for companies that are owned by the public via stock sales on NYSE or one of the commodity exchanges (public offerings). Nothing is reported to the SEC if the company is owned by the corporate officers (president or CEO).
Any money left over in a company is subject to tax within about 18 months. That is SEC territory.
Tax avoidance is done by using loans to isolate corporate entities on paper (securities). No taxes are paid on corporate income received through a loan from another company. Money that is loan out to another company is considered to be an investment, which is not subject to tax.
That is illegal if you own both companies, but you can't be prosecuted unless it can be proven.
Only the money that is paid out as dividend payments is taxed (income). That is called "profit".
The corporate tax rate on "profit" is less than half the top tax rate of personal income (15% instead of 35%).
It is impossible to track who owns what until you see the tax returns that show the dividend payments.
This is why Romney won't release his tax returns.

It includes laws regarding women's rights to choose via Roe vs. Wade..... which the Repugs continue to vote to repeal over and over to the exclusion of real jobs legislation. And which right is being made unavailable in many Repug run states by putting restrictive requirements on the clinics that provide those services.
It also includes the health reform law, ACA which the Repugs are also still continuing to waste time voting to repeal to the exclusion of real jobs legislation. And which many Repug Governors are still continuing to claim not to enact in their state as far as the Medicaid program, etc.
In both of these cases, the Repugs at both the Federal and state levels are not upholding the laws of the land and are violating their oaths of office. Of course, their oath to the lobbiest Grover Norquist seems to be more important in their cases.

I keep hearing about how there would only be two reasons to have foreign bank accounts - to hide your money so it wouldn;t be taxed, or to speculate in foreign mon ey rather than the dollar...
However, I can think of a third and fourth reason...
Some companies on foreign soil would prefer to deal in funds other than the American dollar... They may prefer to avoid dealings through American banks, or have paranoia regarding CIA/NSA/FBI operations or monitoring...
Another reason may be convenience... If the account holder spends a considerable amount of time in Europe or Bermuda, a local account may be simpler to deal with than constantly dealing with an institution here in the States... Some local vendors may prefer a local bank as well...

I heard something about Nancy Pelosi or some other Democrat in the House bringing up a proposal today to take the government health care away from those who voted for the Obamacare repeal today.

I don't know if this is what Crackhead is referring to, but last week on Jennifer Granholm's War Room show on Current... she was discussing the fact that Robme somehow has an exorbinant amount of money in his 401K. It is worth more than it should be considering the fact that only a limited amount can be deposited in a 401K each year. But there is more in his account than is possible based on those limitations. Somehow Robme got more money into his 401K than he should have legally been able to put in.

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with your comments about Robme "doing what the Mormon church tells him to". As a former member of the LDS church, I was what could be considered a "good Mormon" yet I was not told what to do politically, nor would I have allowed myself to be directed in that way. Of course I was a progressive Democrat, before, during and after my involvement in the church and I never voted for a Repug or support conservative causes.
Mutt Robme's behavior and policies are not caused from being a Mormon, but from being an out of touch rich guy and because he is trying to pander to the right wing nut wackos in the GOP. It is those factors that Robme will be influenced by... his rich donars who expect him to cut their taxes and regulations.... and the TEA baggers who want to destroy what remains of the government. And of course, Grover Norquist has made it clear that they don't want someone who thinks or has opinions of his own. They only want someone to sign the bills they made law... like those for tax cuts that will finish off the government as something for the people and only work for corporations.
Most of the members of the church I know are either in the middle or lower class, and are struggling to survive just like the majority of Americans. They are not out of touch like Robme, nor wacky fanatics like TEAbaggers nor as fanatical as Evangelicals. But unfortunately.... most are conservatives and vote against their own best interests by voting Repug for the most part... and often out of habit more than real thought. This is simply because they are deluded into believing that the GOP are serving them and real Christian purposes rather than mammon like the Koch brothers and the oil companies. In some cases, they vote for Repugs out of habit without any real thought in the matter.
One of my friends in the church voted for GW Bush in 2004 without knowing or even thinking about what any of his policies were. She voted for the Repug out of habit. When I talked with her about it later.. and I filled her in on what Bush's policies.. she disagreed with most of them and wished she hadn't voted as she did. My discussion with her made her start paying more attention to what policies candidates had and in 2008, she voted for Obama because she agreed with his views on reforming health care among other things. So you see.... some Mormons can be very sensible and are capable of seeing reason when other more rabid right wing wacko groups are not.

The majority of "Sane Americans are really angry at the DUST Bunnies in the HOUSE! LOL... and remember when the polls used to show Robme being rated lower than the "GENERIC" GOP candidate. The Repugs liked a NON-EXISTENT candidate better than ROBME.
I bet it would be a closer race for the Presidency if the Generic GOP candidate was running against Obama.
