New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is stressed and really needs a vacation.
A string of outbursts culminated earlier this week with the public humiliation of a reporter questioning his intelligence.
"Did I say on topic? Are you stupid? On topic, on topic. Next question," Christie said. "Thank you all very much and I'm sorry for the idiot over there."
So Christie wisely took a much needed break this week, bringing his children to the Jersey Shore at Seaside Heights.
But even that could not keep the governor's temper in check.
Last night on the boardwalk, Christie lashed out at a passerby who made a comment about his education policies.
"You're a real big shot," Christie shouted at the man. "You're a real big shot shooting your mouth off."
"Just take care of the teachers," the man responded.
Christie then marched towards the man, yelling at him to "keep walkin' away ... keep walkin'."
A man accompanying Christie then put his hand on the governor's shoulder and walked with him in the opposite direction.
The New York Times reports an aide to the governor said the heckler had been using profanity.
Yesterday, before the boardwalk outburst, Christie celebrated the brusque style that has made him an internet celebrity by announcing that he had "hit 5 million views on YouTube! Perhaps what Christie really needs an extended vacation. By then, he'll be chilled out and ready to run as Mitt Romney's vice presidential running, as has been rumored, right?

I'm with you on that Jessie but listen, I don't know if anyone else knows but the guy was right about the tub education plan sucks. The tub actly took all that money from the education dept. and give it to his friend (the same one who got the tub a job under Bush) who started halfway houses for inmates ranging from low to high crime criminals and 1,100 of them escape from these halfway houses. One guy killed his ex-girlfriend and another beat up his ex. 1,000 have been caught but there is still one hundred still on the lose up and down N.J. if not out state. He is a PIG.

Lorr...I won't say that you purposely lied in your post above, but I will say that you completely misrepresented what was said in regards to the woman who questioned him about his children and their education.
The woman did not ask IF his children went to public school, she asked WHY do his children go to private school. There is a major difference between the two. I would agree that a question of where his children went to school is a fair question, however, his decision on why he sent them to private school is a private matter and the public has no right to know the answer to that question.
