The program has offered at least $4.73 billion in reinsurance payments to more than 2,800 employers and other sponsors of retiree plans, with an average cumulative reimbursement per plan sponsor of approximately $189,700.

6) Affordable health care for lower-income Americans. Obamacare extends Medicaid to individuals with incomes up to 138% of the federal poverty line, guaranteeing that the nation’ most vulnerable population has access to affordable, comprehensive coverage.

7) Investments in women’s health. Obamacare prohibits insurers from charging women substantially more than men and requires insurers to offer preventive services — including contraception — at no additional cost.

8) Young adults’ ability to stay on their parents’ health care plans. More than 3.1 million young people have already benefited from dependent coverage, which allows children up to age 26 to remain insured on their parents’ plans.

9) Discounts for seniors on brand-name drugs. Pharmaceutical manufacturers are required to provide a 50% discount on prescriptions filled in the Medicare Part D coverage gap. Seniors have already saved $3.5 billion on prescription drug costs thanks to the Affordable Care Act provision.

10) Temporary coverage for the sickest Americans. There is one important difference Nixon and his top advisors were directly involved in the break in at the Watergate hotel and subsequently tried to cover up that involvement.

In the case of Fast and Furious there is no evidence that Obama and his top advisors were involved in the planning and operation of the Fast and furious program, nor is thier any evidence that the Obama administration was involved in any subsequent cover up.

By the time congress asked for the tapes there was sufficient reason to suspect the involvement and coverup went all the way to the top.

Issa would render congress subject to a direct violation of the constitution if any wiretap information is leaked to the press.

Federal law requires wiretap information and transcripts to remain under the control of the original judge that ordered the wiretap for this reason.

Criminal communication should not be released to the press because this obviously compromises any future criminal investigations by tipping off the criminals.

Republicans are going to commit an act of treason tomorrow by attempting to imprison an African American for obeying US law and the constitution because he can't release wiretap information requested by congress without violating both.

Holder provided congress with over 7,600 pages of documents and has made numerous high-level officials available for public congressional testimony, transcribed interviews, and briefings.

So Holder did not commit any contempt offense, and it is clear that Holder is obeying US law established by congress.

Holder would actually be violating multiple provisions of the constitution and US law if he obeyed Darrel Issa.

Most people ignore the following.

Arizona is the #1 state where Mexican drug cartels get their firearms.

Handguns and assault weapons are against the law in Mexico. They used to have the same constitutional firearms protection we had in the US, but vendettas from the Mexican revolution skyrocketed the murder rate so hight that the only way to get things under control was to outlaw firearms.

Gun store owners in the US and Canada are supposed to refuse to sell weapons to people that hold no US identification. The NRA doesn't like that because they want to continue to make profit by selling illegal firearms to Mexican citizens.

You don't need ID or background check to purchase firearms in Arizona.

Jajuan, as it turns out the agents were trying to catch the gun runners, and the NRA, did nothing to stop it. The Arizona gun laws was making it easy for one to buy guns, as many as they wanted and sell them to anyone they wanted. The NRA was selling alot of guns. They were trying to catch the gun buyers and see what they were doing with the guns. Oh My, and that is what it was all about.
