I seriously hope "Fast & Furious" backfires on the Repubs, but recent history reminds me of the Nixon Watergate scandal, and the Clinton Whitewater scandal. Will the Executive powers by Obama turn out to be a political disaster?
Give them time and they will TRY to dig up something.Lets just hope that it BACKFIRES on them. But then I don't think they will succeed in finding anything.Just another WASTE of our TAX DOLLARS.
They aren't looking to find anything, if they were they'd be going back to 2006 when Bush initiated the program...start from the beginning not the end, if they really care about the dead border patrol officer.

If the GOP wanted to really get to the bottom of "fast and furious" they would have done it right when this program started over 5 years ago. They could have stopped it if they wanted. Erin Holder and Obama stopped it but they were unaware of the program when they took over.

I hope you are right about this, but who will be held responsible when Holder & Obama refuse to release the records and are held in contempt of congress. It is possible that all of them are guilty, but of difference charges.

Rep. Issa is taken this situation "The Fast and Furious" witch hunt as a personal intake, which Issa doesn't care about the real reason involved of "Fast and Furious." Rep. Issa has no respect not only for the President or Attorney Holder, but anyone or anything that has not have Republican on the brand. Rep. Issa is setting a bad example in Congress and the party on how selfish, low-down, degrating with attitude spreading around like poision.

Why is there not more emphasis on the fact that this stupid fast & Furious scheme was started by the Bush administration in 2006? Don't people realize that Obama's administration with Eric Holder, the Attorney General put a stop to it on Feb 4, '11, and after that date, there is nothing to show Congress.
