Former President Bill Clinton told CNBC that he's in favor of extending tax cuts for the wealthiest 2% of Americans. President Obama is opposed to extending the Bush-era tax cuts and wants the richest Americans to pitch in.
House Republican leaders sang Clinton's praises, saying they agree with the former president about extending the tax cuts. The Bush tax cuts expire January 1 at the same time $1.2 trillion in spending cuts go into effect.

Way to go Bill. He learned that from Newt during his term. That's why he had a surplus
Bill Clinton was a moderate and pragmatic 'new' Democrat that knew how to work with the Conservative GOP to advance the activities of government for the people. Obama, sit down and take some notes. You might learn something. I think Newt is offering tutorials for the White House; good use of tax payer dollars.
I have said it many times...I would be happy to have Clinton back in the White House as long as the Republicans had control of the House and the Senate. that was the most prosperous time our country has had. Both sides working together...check and balance for both sides..
Republicans love Bill Clinton, Bill Clinton loves Obama not Romney do they still like him?
No.
Republicans like to take Bill Clintons comments out of context but they hate him.
