Mitt Romney lied to become Gov. of MA. He said one day he didn't know if he would run for Gov. the next day Jane Swift decided not to run. Within a few hours Romney got on tv and said he was running and the bumper stickers were already printed. He was a liar then and he is a liar now. Hope the Dems. in MA. contact ABC, CBS, and NBC for that tape. We know FOX melted it. In one of the Repub. debates he said the state of MA. was a mess when he took over, Weld(R) Cellucci(R) Swift(R) three previous Governors. No wonder the GOP is less than happy about Mittless being the soon to be nominee. Hey GOP don't stand to close the bus.

Off topic! I looked it up and it is legal that Dick Cheney could be VP as many times as he would be accepted for the job. So now we know why one of the reasons he didn't run for president.

There is something so false about Romney's public persona, I think there's is something essential missing in him - like the compassion gene or empathy gene or even a superficial knowledge of the basics of humanity

Gloria Borger on CNN was interviewing someone from the Romney campaign. I only caught
the last part of the interview and the surrogate for Romney was asked about
Romney's record in Massachusetts. He said that Romney created over thirty
thousand jobs and that was more than President Obama did in his three plus years
in office. Then he said that we are still losing jobs and it is worse than when
Obama came into office. Both are lies. The bad part is that Gloria didn't call
him on it.
Romney lies about Obama all the time. He says that he is always
apologizing for America. That is a lie! He stands on the stump and states that
the employment was bad when Obama took office and Obama made it worse. That is a
lie. He even has the nerve to say that he takes credit for the auto industry
getting back on track. another lie!
When he is asked about anything, he
doesn't answer the question. Instead he starts telling lies about how Obama did
it wrong. He never answered anything all through the debates. He is like a
cheating spouse that in fear of getting caught will start accusing the mate of
something to throw up a smoke screen to throw them off of the situation at
hand.
While writing this John king was interviewing Rick Perry. He told a lie
and wasn't called on it. It is at the least poor journalism to let the
Republicans lie about things and not being called out about them. Romney does it
every time he gets in front of a microphone. He tell the same lies so many times
that I think people will believe him.
I would say to anyone that hears Mitt
Romney talk to an audience or be in an interview to google what he said. You
will find that most of the time it is not the truth.

The fact is that Massachusetts was last in the country in job creation, mostly because of their high taxation. They didn't get the nickname "Taxachusetts", for nothing. The fact that Mitt Momney got them to 47th in job creation was a remarkable accomplishment.
And then there is reality to bad that tea bagging republicans just can't seen to be able to deal with it so they make up their own realities based on insane rantings of a doddering old fool. That Mittens didn't sell the state to the highest bidder was an even greater accomplishment.
How many times are you going to continue to repeat this lame response?
As soon as tea bagging republicans stop repeating Reagan talking points and get into the reality of what Reagan economics have caused until then stfu and listen to the adults.

So just what exactly do you think if you vote Romney in? A job? Mitts record on jobs while he was governor was an unemployment rate of 5.6% when he took office and went up to about 5.9% and it was 4.7% at the end. And was 47th in of the lowest in jobs. Obama's was at 7.8 when he took office but went up to 9.2% as of Dec 2011 it was 8.5% and things are looking good to keep declining as Europe stabilises their economy. So Obama's vs Romney's is a downward change of Romney 1.2% Obama 1.3% with still time for improvement. Romney who supports the Ryan Plan will continue to extend the Bush tax cuts but even more so. And make deep cuts and eliminate some programs altogether. The Bush Tax Cuts after 12 years haven't worked to create jobs. And have been an reason for income disparity I would say at least to some degree but not the only reason. Will gas prices go down? The GOP and Romney want to keep taxpayer subsidise to remain in place and do not like investing in alternate sources and have blocked legislation to regulate and have oversight of speculation and have made no reason to believe they would do so any time soon. The budget? Romney and the GOP are for bigger military and what for? The debt will be over 16 trillion dollars by next fall and can ill afford another war? Health care under Romney? Health care costs are getting higher as we all know. And the idea of the Obamacare is what the GOP had planned just a few years back,And Romney made it a reality in Massachusetts and only 2% are not covered and has not bankrupt budget and is working fine. Obama (Romneycare) will help get cost down because instead of just some paying all will have coverage and have care before it gets to a chronic condition and ending up in an emergency room and that that costs us all more. That is if you even have health insurance, or soon will not be able to afford it because of rate increases. If you check for yourself you will find that the people at the top are making more money and if you are not part of the one percent you will continue to make less if the Ryan Plan would increase income disparity.Is that what we want? Its not class warfare its common sense. I for one do not want to serve the special interests of a few corporate heads in slavery. What's in it for you?

One correction to Obama stating wages have been flat the last 10 years: Productivity has doubled upwards while wages have been flat since 1973. Look at the chart. What would our wages be today if things continued on a reward commensurate with work since 1973?
