President Obama cares about the middle class, poors, senior, women, disables and others. He is a true American like many of our past presidents. Mitt Romney is only for the 1 % rich people who are only inerested in money and for their own pockets. GOP will ruin the middle class and others in America. We all must reelect President Obama.
President Obama, Mitt has not a clue. He says one thing and does another.
Joe was making points today and romney was loosing ground. Who believes his lies. We see him doing nothing along the lines of jobs or improving the economy. He says he can, but he can't prove he can.

Ethlelouise. There are many things about Texas I do not understand, Look whos Gov. Now and they think hes wonderful? Were you there for the Sesquicentennial. Now that was quite celebration. We went to Bergstrom and saw Prince Charles. All so for the unbelievable fire works . Texas is a beautiful place and so filled with history.

I cannot believe the way Texas is now. Lyndon Baines Johnson was from Texas, what happened? I remember leaving in 1999 and I told everyone who would listen "what" W was and he won the election in 2000. I remember when Florida 'folded' and went into an hysterical rant my husband remembered vividly that I accurately predicted that W would single handedly destroy the economy and that gas would go up to $5 a gallon. I was right.
W had never really tried to live off what he made in life he was always dependent on his 'cross-eyed' Pappy the one with the silver foot in his mouth to write out checks for him. All his companies 'failed' but that didn't stop him from being a 'self-employed' millionaire just like Flip Robme.
Texas really is like a country to its self. We left in 1987 , Austin was in bad way. Over 200 pages of homes in Fore closure. It took us over 5 years to sell our home there. I was in Germany when Poppy was in office and Cheney was closing bases. I saw a continuation of that time as Cheney is what this time GWs VP, Now you have Romney and whose in the wings again GW. More of the same. What job could Cheney get this time. Book Keeper?

The GOP has already tampered with the Election by enacting new laws in almost all states that have GOP Governors and GOP-controlled Legislatures, that have been designed to suppress the vote amongst the Elderly, Poor Minorities, and Students. Each of those groups has a tendency towards voting Democrat and pre-determined to not have what's now considered to be valid Photo ID required to vote.
Voter Registration Drives have been made more difficult. The period of time allowed for Early Voting has been shortened.
Of course, the GOP's intent is to prevent enough people who would vote for the Democrat rather than the Republican candidate for the General Election in November, as the GOP is afraid they can't win honestly, so they plan to win by cheating. (The same as happened in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004, making enough of a difference to elect G. W. Bush rather than Gore in 2000, and Kerrey in 2004).

Dean Heller owns the distinction of voting against the Affordable Health Care Act twice, once as a congressman and then again as a senator when he got John Ensigns old job. Ensign got to 'resign' and was never charged for having an affair with a member of his office staffs wife and paying the guy to leave, but John Edwards has to go to jail for the exact same thing... Republicans get to resign and Democrats go to jail.

President Obama has at least BEEN there. He came up from middle class roots and worked his way through, had student loans to pay, etc. Romney has never touched or been touched by the middle class.

Until the American people stand up and make these politicians do what they were sent to congress to do; it really does not matter who understands poor and middle-class Americans. We're suffering in this country, and we're walking around like helpless zombies while the people we elect to represent us are getting away with doing absolutely nothing!! It is sickening.

Standing up means going to the polls on November 6 or gettig and returning your absentee ballot. Talking about ending the Tea Party filibuster or the Republican attack on the poor, elderly, disabled and women does nothing. They say talk is cheap. You forget you really don't own your house the bank does and its their property if you try to repair it yourself and do a 'cheap' job sans inspection then your property loses value and you will not be able to sell it for its worth and then the BANK would lose money.

Of course, between the two only, Obama is the choice. However, personally, I feel though Obama may understand the needs of the middle class, but he has not done enough. He could have used his executive powers to proceed with what he thought was right, but in the end most of the time he backed down in favor of the Republicans. I wish Obama were more left than he is. Bernie Sanders would have been a better choice. He's perhaps the only government official America has got that seems truly to understand the middle class.
