That's what I heard. They're like Kochroaches, you stomp on one and another one pops up! They can call themselves anything they want, but we're onto them now and we can keep stomping until they die.
The best solution is to make the government stop shredding the constitution and follow it. Then you don't have to worry about some shadow group, they wouldn't have the power to put a gun to your head and have the baby.
Not only naive, but stupid too, keep it up slack.
So how does a government which doesn't even have the power to tell you what to drink have the power to tell you what medical operations you can and can't have?
Naive to expect the government to obey the law, maybe. But you can't complain when you supported them grabbing all that power to do what you wanted, and then be upset when that power is used against you later. That is why I don't want them to have the power period, then there is no worry.
That was why we were supposed to have a limited defined powers of government only doing what they are allowed to do.
Look at Michigan, Maddow is beside herself that a 'special master' is taking a cities beach and giving it to a developer to make a country club. Couldn't have happened if greedy despots hadn't laid the groundwork to get the power to take peoples property without due process. I think the term is "Two Edged Sword".
Ed says facts are facts and he is correct. Under Obama the National debt grew at the fastest rate since WWII, government spending grew at the fastest rate since WWII, the budget debt is the largest since WWII, jobs lost are the highest since WWII, and those underemployed are at the largest rate since WWII. Obama's record is a record of failures and Ed is correct - facts are facts.
Have to check your numbers, sounds like fox talking points to me. You fail to mention 2 wars that were unpaid for and a big tax cut for the wealthy all unpaid for. I guess you think that we should get back on the same destructive path that we were on before Obama became President. That path has never worked and is not working for Europe even as we speak. You guys still don't know a thing about facts, facts for you are whatever fits your agenda right now.
As well as the secret 7.7 trillion dollar gift to the banks in 2007, seem they keep leaving that out as well, maybe because they believe if they say nothing it will remain a GOP secret forever.
Wars that the dems fully supported. Tax cuts that didn't result in one penny being mailed to anyone. If they were such bad tax plans, then why has obama signed them into law twice now, with his party controlling the house. He could have vetoed them over pelosi reids objections even. Instead he expands the wars, passes even more tax cuts, and expands the part 'D' that wasn't paid for so it is even bigger unfunded program.
The reason for the big deficits is the congress will not cut the size of government by the measly amount of waste found. That would solve the problem, every dollar in waste and fraud you take off the top of that agencies budget. You will have a budget of zero eventually, or an agency that isn't renting hookers, and paying for smoking clowns. Instead they hire more people to investigate the waste that they will not recover, then the new group does the same.
Dem super majorities in both houses, they could have cut every wasteful government boondongle and the cursed repubs couldn't have done a thing. Instead they were 10 times as bad at the very least.
2007 wasn't that when pelosi took over the purse, and drained the swamp. Maybe that was how the spent the money, put it in bottles and let it be flushed down the drain.

I like the article on NBC today that accused Obama of using a huge amount of money in discretionary funds to buy votes of the elderly- the fact that private option medicare funding will be subsidized in 2012 because the signup period is right in the middle of the election. Then, next year, the funding goes away and seniors will be forced away from the plan they want.

A Berry - actually all you have to do is go to the Government Budget Office website to look at the facts. Whether Obama tells you the wars were paid for or not all expenditures and revenues are tracked. Obama has already wracked up over 5 Trillion in debt in 3 1/2 years and even by his own numbers will increase debt by another 9 Trillion long after he is gone due to programs he put in place. The country will be bankrupt and Obama will be back in Indonesia.
Did someone say that communism is dead? It seems that ALEC is a breathing and living communist society right here in the good ol' US and the big corporations are giving them the power. The Koch Brothers and Norquist I feel are communists. I believe old man Sam Walton would be turning over in his grave with the direction Walmart has taken. According to the State Senator from South Carolina ALEC was suppose to work in different directions but somewhere they were introduced to the dark side and when Bobby Jindl started bashing the President he knew the dark side had taken over. So if Alan West wants to talk communism try looking under his nose and he will find quite a few people within his own party with communist ways. As a matter of fact it would not surprise me if the Tea Party is into communism. You know the old saying accuse someone else and that will divert the talk away from you.
