Ted Nugent has a date with the Secret Service, who are investigating the violent statements he made against President Obama at an NRA gathering this past weekend. Romney's camp is now denying that he ever went after Nugent’s endorsement. Suzi Parker, Wasington Post Contributor and Dr. James Peterson, Director of Africana Studies and Associate Professor of English at Lehigh University join Ed to talk about it.

Ted Nugent's comments coming so close to the Oklahoma City Bombing anniversary are examples of the dangers of right wing extremism. Mitt Romney won't stand up to this kind of psychopath or extremism-- he does not have the spine or moral center to be able to lead a nation like ours.
Not one member of the GOP has condemned this rhetoric, pretty much gives you a heads up about what to expect between now and November.
ED, It is really strange how peole can get different opinions as to what was meant in his comments. My immediate take was Ted was saying if Obama get another term in office his opposition would be jailed or killed. While it is an extreme view, I see nothing for the Secret Service to investigate. Many people fear if Obama get another term it will last for decades. Other socialists that have gained power have killed and jailed millions of their opposition. I am fairly certin that if an individual my comments in opposition of Mao, Lenin, or Stalin prior to their assumption of power, they would have been targeted.
Obama has already killed at least one US Citizen without due process, what makes any one think he will not do it on a much greater scale? Obama is some one to fear in the minds of many American Citizens.

Snag, How exactly am I a danger to the Republic. I am a Vet, until my retirement I worked my entire adult, I pay my own bills, I pay my Federal and State Taxes, and I don't rely on the Government or the Tax Payer to support me.
