Ed removed hiomself from his Radio program, without pay, and his TV show, without pay. What did the drugster do??? He went on for over 3 days. Still NO honest appology. Never left his program. I believe that fair tax platform will work. But, we also need campaign to be about jobs, economy, energy and health care. We also need to make bold statements that Medicare and Social Security are not hand-outs. We pay for them. Unlike the wealthiest 1% who mostly have no wage income.
I loved this interview. It is delightful to sit and listen to quiet sanity. I must say though that people seem to be missing the point of Hilary Rosen's poorly chosen remarks about Ann Romney never working a day in her live. Sure, parenting is 'F'ing hard work. Some might say there is nothing harder, but I can tell you from experience, it is exponentially harder for people who don't have the CHOICE between staying home to raise their children, or living in their car while watching their children starve. Ms. Rosen is being maligned for a rotten choice of words that she really should have her wrists slapped for, but only the out of touch seem to be missing the connection to poverty and/or single parenthood, and the no brainer, 'no CHOICE' note in that mix. Even many of my most beloved pundits, analysts, and politicians on The Hill simply don't, or perhaps can't, get it. Maybe a few weeks living on the other end of the spectrum might give them a point for triangulation.

Ann Rommey has work in the house with help she had 5 nanny. She never had to worry about food, rent or house payment, electric and gas or anything that woman today have to worry about. And I believe this is what Hilary Rosen was trying to say.

Your right about how important this election is going to be. Saying that in a forum this Blue friendly does not help that cause though. We all need to get out there and engage in constructive comments on the more purple forums to make sure all those still on the fence get the message. Talk to your neighbors and the people at the water cooler at work.
