NBC has apologized, and fired the reporter, WHICH IS MUCH MORE THAN FOX NEWS HAS EVER DONE TO a reporter who misrepresents or taints a video or audio. this is common practice at fox news.
it is not OK for "zimm" to shoot and kill an unarmed teenager. even IF, after Trayvon was stalked by "zimm", he fought back, he had every right to do so. and he should be able to fight back without fear of getting shot killed.

You are right in one thing...it is up to a jury to decide if the State Attorney decides to move forward with any charges.
As stated elsewhere, proving that Zimmerman was stalking Martin under Florida law will be very difficult. His actions do not appear to be in violation of the law.

If that is what he said...it is. No argument from me. However, CNN has produced two "experts" with different opinions about what it actually says. It will be up to the State Attorney to make an initial decision, or the FBI, and then eventually for a jury to decide if the case goes to trial.
It will be interesting to get the opinion of people who have no idea that the recording supposedly contains a racial slur.

It was one of the greatest moments in sports I have witnessed along with the US Olympic hockey team beating the Russians at the Olympics. There are between 31 -38 states that passed these tactics or are in process. Would love to have an update on Ed's show on the status of voter suppression and what is being done to combat it before the 2012 Pres. election. A lot of people I talk to, either don't believe this is going on or are totally unaware of the suppression movement. How can voter suppression be stopped????

LisMD, There are millions of acres of private land that is available for drilling that most property owners would love the money that would comme their way if oil were to be discovered on their land. Most government owned land is parks, national forests and other wildlife preserves. Yes, it's true that we have more drilling for oil and gas in the U.S. than we had for the last eight years because we need more today than we did for the last 5 years in the Bush administration. Remember we were losesing 600,000 jobs a month. We didn't need the extra oil.
