wrong. you can only be searched if admitted to jail. who goes to jail for speeding ticket? admitting someone to jail without being searched doesnt make sense. by the way the ussc leaves the decision of strip searching for minor offenses up to the jurisdiction. i suggest you contract your local law enforcment agencies for clarification.

The oil companies need to be held accountable for the mistakes they make like everyother sector. The far fight will portary this as hate for fossil fuel but I ask you why should these companies be allowed to get away with things no toher companies ge away with? But to the issues these companies will say they are using mostly water.....well that is true....but they woun't tell you they've also used millions of gallons of diesel fuel. They've shot millions of gallons of diesel fuel which contains many poisons directly into our ground...I'm sure there will be no negative health affects from that.......in the mean time they're fracking our land, they're fracking our water, they're fracking our air, they're fracking our pocket books and the senate says they need to keep giving them our tax money............??????????...........the riegn of the corporate republicans and corportate democrats needs to come to an end

Anthrax is naturally occurring too. Ask yourself where does or food and water come from? Survey says.....the earth. Would you want to drink water with amounts of carcinogens like benzine which is a component of diesel fuel? Does it not concern you that millions of gallons of the stuff has been injecting into the ground. can you imagine what the effect could be if this continues for decades?

Problem is the mineral management service was supposed to do the regulating of this industry not necessarily the EPA more importantly the potential damage to the environment here with things like fracking fluid is self evident and common science. It's doesn't take a degree to understand some of the dangers. The MMS did not do their job tha's why we had to fire them.
Do you really think that if the Senate wrote a budget the house would pass it? There is nothing stopping either side from getting their job done, they just refuse to work with each other. If the Senate wrote a budget the house GOP would do the same thing the senate is doing and not vote on it.
If you read the S&P report you'd know that they did what they did because of the refusal of congress to handle the problem they knew was coming until the 11th hour and that there were many people encouraging the U.S. to not raise the ceiling which would have forced a default like Michelle Bachmann. It was the people like her encouraging default that led to that not any of the specific numbers of the problem, it was the people not the numbers they were scared of.
More importantly I find it troubling that we believe the president should write any budget since the legislator alone is responsible for alocating funds. The president has no responsibility or any right to make a budget. That's congress' job alone, they need to do it instead of forcing someone else to thus expanding the executive powers beyond the constitution. Anything in federal governing about money is congress' responsibilty alone.
I think it is funny and sad that we are all aware of what congress' job is and yet we also know they don't do it. We assume congress will not act and because of that we sort of let them get away with that since we assume that's just how it works. Well no it's not okay for congress to do nothing, it's not acceptable. They need to do their job or get fired. It is not business as usual it is a crisis.
This Congress has had one agenda from day one. I remember when President Obama walk into the oval office the mouth of the right wing conservatives said that he hope the President fail. And since the marching orders was given, every single Republican have refuse to work with President Obama. Things that they use to support, once the President start supporting it, they became against it. This Congress lead by John Boehner or Eric Canter have been one of the worse in history. The Republicans refuse to work with President Obama, it's not they refuse, it's the Republicans fault. They refuse to ask the rich to pay just alittle bit more, but yet they want everything they want, which is to continue stabbing the middle class in the back. All the while giving more tax cuts to the rich. And how the hell is President Obama killing grandmothers, it's the Republicans who want to destroy Medicare and Medicaid, even get rid of Obamacare, while they don't do a thing for the millions without healthcare. The Republicans don't care. And one more thing every Presidents and First Ladies had vacations, if people didn't complain before, why now. My taxpayer dollars was used when Mrs. Bush, Mrs. Clinton, Mrs. Bush, Mrs. Reagen, went on vacations.

This Ryan's budget would be just another slap in the face to the poor and middle class. It shows that Mitt Romney told the truth for once when he said he doesn't care about the poor. Add middle class in there too, because when he said let Detroit go bankrupty Romney showed he doesn't give a dam about the middle class either.
The budget and debt has a simple solution, but it takes the politics out of it:
