Well, isn't that a shock.
The NRA's responsible for more murders than any other organization in our history.
33,000 dead each year.
Do more guns mean more firearm-related injuries and deaths?
That's hard to say. The National Center for Health Statistics hasn't reported on gun-related fatalities since 2007. But back then, it showed more than 31,000 Americans died from firearm injuries - 17 percent of all injury related deaths that year. Suicide accounted for about 56 percent of those deaths, while homicide accounted for 40 percent. Other firearm deaths included accidental discharge, intentional self-harm, and other unexplained firearm injuries.

Well ceinseattle, you've stumbled on the little problem with that statement by Chris.....it cannot be demonstrated because it is utter nonsense. The NRA isn't responsible for murders, murderers are responsible for murders. The NRA does combat those attempting to protect murderers and other violent criminals at the expense of their victims.
You're right. My bad. The NRA is a philanthropic organization. Everybody knows that.
.
Yeah, Chris, what's the matter with you? :D
If Trayvon's murder does one thing, it should put the skids on this, licence to kill, law
and give all states pause who might be even considering this law. It could get another
face and name, but the end result will be the same. I'll be watching in Iowa.
I hope your Dee, but don't count on it. Gun laws have got to be a major issue. No one other than a trained law enforcement officer should have the right to carry a loaded firearm. Arizona is even voting on entering bars with loaded firarms. What a disaster. Even if I went in bars that would surely change my drinking habits.
Dee~If they try this in Iowa we'll go picket at the Capitol and I'm sure there would be more than just the two of us!
Have you seen this NRA hoodie with it's concealed gun flap/pocket???
Americans may not know a whole lot about Florida…with the exception of this:
Florida is the state where it is illegal for a minor child to protect him or herself from an armed predator who is chasing them.
My family won’t be booking any vacations to Florida any time soon.
Where did you find that nugget? What does it have to do with this case?
