If you were there and had personal knowledge of the crime history of the location, personally interviewed Zimmerman and the witnesses, listened to the 911 calls, gathered all available evidence and then had knowledge of the Florida Laws and applied the facts as represented by the evidence to those laws, I would say your conclusions were valid. I am confident there were Law Enforcement personnel at the scene that did these vary things, and you don't like their conclusions. I really don't think you will be satisfied until Zimmerman is dead and I really don't think the truth matters to you, you have made up your mind.

he did he was questioned by the police that night and his story matched Zimmermans one reason he wasnt charged. he also gave an interview a few days after the shooting to a local tv station with the same story he told the police. see this what happens when all you do is get your information from MSNBC they will only tell you what they want you to know so do your self a favor turn the station once and awile to get all the information

Probable Cause is a reasonable belief based on facts and circumstances that a crime has been committed and that the subject of arrest committed that crime. The law enforcement officials, that have a much greater knowledge of the facts and circumstances of the incident, have not made an arrest, perhaps because they have yet to develop Probable Cause. But maybe they have completed their investigation and determined that facts and circumstances of the incident did not meet or satisfy the elements of a crime. If the later is the case, I doubt you would you agree Justice had been done. You are asking or demanding something other than Justice.

Thankful, Zimmerman suffered injuries to the back of his head and a broken nose according to news reports. Who is to say absent the gun, Zimmerman would not have been killed?
