Why don't they talk about the 54 Million US $ that Mitt Romney has in Switzerland on a banking account witht the name "Porsche911" ? And what about the 12 Million US $ he has in Luxembourg on an account with the name "Twilight1276" ? And forgott about the 18 Million US $ he bunkers on the Cayman Islands and the 4 Million US $ he has in Andorra !?
He doesn't pay any tax on these !!!

Volker, If he earned the money in the United States, I am sure he paid tax on it. Now if your talking about pay tax on the interest earned from those accounts, why would he pay those taxes to the US, the money its in the US.
Do you think a Mexican National living and working in the United States pays taxes on those earning in Mexico? Better yet do you think they should?
Perhaps if Romney were from the Caymann Islands or Switzerland that might be a valid retort but he's American so should his money then be going in his home country...America.....personally I don't think that issue is particularly important on its own but it does play into the narrative that Romney is a fake....

Cynical, If you believe Romney should be paying taxes to the United States on these off shore holding, do you also believe a Mexican National working in the United States should be paying Taxes to Mexico?
I don't believe Romney was born into the amount of wealth he currently has, as a matter of fact, I have read that the money he did inherited was all donated. To conclude Romney didn't earn his wealth, that it was handed to him is fake.
As for the off shore accounts being illegal, if that were the case I am confident Romney would have been arrested by now. The Federal Government created the Tax Code; our legislators (Obama being among them) are responsible, not the individuals following the laws they created. The Obama Administration had two years with majorities in both houses of Congress and Obama did nothing to change the Tax Code. One could conclude Obama didn't want to change it.
