Rachel Maddow announces Mitt Romney as the projected winner of the Florida Republican primary and talks with Congressman Tom Rooney, a Romney supporter, about the Romney campaign strategy going forward.
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney staked his claim to the distinction of being the frontrunner for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination with a win Tuesday in Florida’s Republican primary.
Based on exit poll data and preliminary returns, NBC News projects that Romney will win the contest, which was limited to only registered Republican voters. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, the winner of the Jan. 21 South Carolina GOP primary, will finish a distant second, followed by former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum in third, and Texas Rep. Ron Paul in fourth.

We know what a mess you republicans left this country in under Bush. We know you want to go back to that agenda that hurt this country and Americans so badly.... Delegations that lead to the predatory lending by the Banks, credit default swaps, the collapse of the housing bubble and the economy. Promoting laws that favor outsourcing jobs that enrich Wall Streeters, while everyone else suffers. Yes we remember who created the economic mess your republican policy's lead to. We remember all the road blocks you put up to defeat President Obama, at the expense of Americans well being. We remember who you want to saddle the costs with... not one penny will the rich who made so much off the suffering of fellow Americans, no the burden will be put on the middle class and retirees. Your excuse is to cut expences... When you know we have a revenue problem. Lost revenues from outsourcing jobs.. The elites gaming the tax laws and hiding income off shore, like in the Kayman islands... Yes we are aware of what you did and who is to blame. I can assure you Mr. Romney, we remember how we got here and who you are ...... We are angry. We don't want you!!!!
He was speaking to the GOP base who fell asleep in 1981 and woke up in 1992. Then 2000 they fell asleep and woke up in 2009 again missing everything except for the fact there was a black guy in the white house good lord how did that happen. OMG even worse it was a black Muslim, socialist, communist, Fascist, who attended a radical christian church with a radical pastor who offended whites because he talked about how whites oppressed blacks for 400+ years. You actually think Mittens was talking to the rest of the US, Mittens is still in primary mode. Hopefully he stays in it and continues to remind people of what the GOP has done, it is going to be amusing watching him try that after the convention on Obama, we have videos of the GOP circus of clowns.
Even though Romney won Florida, Ifound it interesting many would liked had better batch of candidates to choose from. So they just hold there nose and vote for one of these clowns. This seems to be the outstanding theme of this bunch. The Republicans don"t like them so they settle for bottom feeders.
