Us Bank payments made to Dovenmuelh----I Was notified today that my mortgage rate of 6% is now lowered to 4% because of Economics??? Has this happened to anyone else out there????? I give credit to 99ers for this...Maybe a new Trend???
Really, how much of your mortagage did they lend you?
patty, that is wonderful news just make sure its ligit on our news tonight they reported about hackers getting bank info. They hack some how, they had the first three numbers of this woman's bank account and tried to get her to give them the last. If she hadn't been smart they would of wiped her bank account out. Don"t give that kind of info out and be sure to call who holds your mortgage with to see if its true. If its true I hope we see it nation wide its about time. Good luck an have great evening.

the election results are starting to come in and are running on the bottom of our Tv screen. Man is this exciting or what?
Hey Pam...I have been thinking about you all in Ohio all day here from Sacramento and I just want to say that I admire so much the hell of a fight you have given your a..h../\.e Governor......You have all inspired me to never give up no matter what...Thank you to all Ohioans...YOU GUYS TOTALLY ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's hoping that Ohio doesn't repeal their collective bargaining law. I don't live in Ohio, but I used to. I say this genuinely. Anyone who has read my comments on this site knows I don't have a lot of love for unions. I can understand why people that are in a union and have been there for sometime would want to keep things the same way that they are, but even then if there was to be a change overall it wouldn't be them that would lose whatever it is collective bargaining proponents say the workforce would lose if we as a people rejected all unions across the United States. There are so many out there that say that the top 1% of persons on the wealth scale should pay their "fair share" with regards to taxes, yet they don't have a problem with unions that wish only to collect jobs and keep them under their control, essentially charging for them in the form of union dues and hide it under the guise of representation against a machine who's only intention is to take that job or those wages and make things as unsafe as possible in the workcenter. I think everyone will agree that there was a time when unions actually performed a function of worth in these United States, but the reality of these times is that things have changed and their need no longer exists, yet there are those that remember what it was like and hold on to their belief of union importance for no other justification than nostalgia and "what unions got for the working man". Others cite those achievements and say that if we do away with unions, it's only a matter of time before all that was fought for gets undone, by right wing corporations. I would like to know where these corporations are who will somehow find a way to keep their companies running without the help of a workforce upon which they depend to carry out their objectives. One thing that might be a dead cert is that without unions some of these companies will eventually reduce the amount of money each individual employee will recieve yet only a very few will take the opportunity to scale down the size of the company. Some (perhaps most) will be able to take that money that they don't have to pay to one person and pay it to two people, now two people have a job...
The fact of the matter is that although unions might be doing a good job for the people that are actually in one with regards to squeezing every payroll penny they can out of the corporations they infest, they actually restrict the number of jobs that a company will be able to offer... Thus the birth of jobs going overseas. There is so much more that I can add to this on aspects I haven't even touched yet, but I would like to see what Ed fans have to say. Let's just hope they don't vote no on issue 2.
I have never been an emotional person...but...I am as close to tears as I get....The minute I hear NO ON 2 has won and that OHIO has won I know I will cry from joy for all of you in Ohio...My heroes......I hope all of America takes notice of how strong the people really are......We can do anything if we stay together......
OHIO....OHIO...OHIO.OHIO...OHIO.............OHIO.....OHIO.......OHIO..OHIO
Once they think the working folks are defeated, who will clean the fish?
OK I am a hard core Niner and or Raider fan...I lost my voice at Super Bowl 16 ...But.....and I will probably have to turn in all my Silver and Black Attack shirts...Right Now The only thing I would want more for Ohio is for the Bengals Or The Browns to win the Super Bowl.......I am waiting ...Ducking ...in case I get struck down by lightening !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think there are worms in the works I can't get past first page

Herman Cain we now know what that he would be like a self serving bully! If he were to make it to the White House.Herman is a business man alright, If he gets a woman backed against the wall its all business!
And when it comes to Rick Perry he would have no qualms about pulling the atomic trigger and get us into WWIII, or Michelle Bachmann and who know about the rest of the right wing candidates.
The next thing I expect to hear from the bloody mouth is that the American people are confused and are changing their minds because of the lack of action from the White House and are sending a message that they are not satisfied with Washington! first one way than the other the people are confused!
God Bless our Union Brethren!
Herman Cain is: The Crotch brother of another color who groped too many women of another color!
Just like to say thank you ED. This is one Marine who will never forget what you have done for the millions of Americans many in Washington have forgotten.
