How come always outrage about poor people getting food, but never outrage toward corporations who only contribute 10% of all taxes collected, getting bailouts, subsidies, and write-offs that middle class Americans don't get? How come the states that contribute the most money in federal tax per capita versus what they get back from federal expenditures are democratic and aren't the ones complaining? The president has dictated the legislative agenda of his party, plus the foreign and domestic policy of the United States.

His job is to ENFORCE the laws.

His Oath of Office is to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. I see no place where he has not kept his oath.

He has forwarded his agenda to a legislative branch that cannot govern due to a lower house of imbaciles who put their own needs and wishes before that of the country.

His only fault IMO is giving up his agenda to negotiate with Republicans. I know he does it for the good of the country, but I wish he would not give in to terrorists. If there were not Republicans in Congress holding America hostage, he might be able to forward more of his agenda i.e., LEAD us out of this mess George Bush got us into.

Why you ask? The only way the President can create jobs via infrastructure or any kind of government employment is for there to be money to do it. The Congress are the ONLY ones who can approve the spending of federal tax dollars. In case you hadn't noticed, the Republican agenda is to STOP all spending, balance the budget, heck they even refused to raise the debt ceiling to pay the bills we had already made. They refuse to approve any money for the President to spend on the creation of jobs. Then they scream at him, "Where are the jobs?"

The private sector should be creating jobs. But they are sitting on their money, and refuse to pay their fair share of taxes. They have used the creation of jobs as a hostage in order to push the issue that the Bush Tax Cuts should not expire. Yet, the Bush Tax Cuts have been in effect for over 10 years, and it has not created jobs. It's a big lie. They are getting RID of jobs not creating them in this time of crisis.

Then they have said it is the Obamacare health insurance reform that has kept them from creating jobs because of the mandate.

That mandate was countered in the Obama plan, by a public option. That means, you would have had a cheaper option for coverage instead of the private expensive health insurance policies. It would be like the plans federal employee and the Congress have. You could have been in part of a very large group and gotten low group rates. BUT the Republicans refused to accept it, and the mandate ended up in the bill without the public option. BOTH needed to be in it to work.

I think the President thought they could add the option after the 2010 election, but the stupid public voted for MORE Republicans instead of getting them out, and now we see the mess we're in. Its OUR fault, not his that we are in this mess! American voters need to take responsibility for what they did, not blame the President.

He listened to what voters said in the 2010 election. The problem is, voters said the wrong thing.
