We are in a war. White House should just give overview of what happened and then say due to fact that we are in an ongoing conflict we will not release the details of HOW operation was conducted WHAT was gathered from house and definitively state: "Due to their gruesome nature, we will not be releasing photos of dead Bin Laden. This would serve no purpose and would lead to over-use and mis-use of image." They need to put the Bin Laden episode to rest and get on to the long term plan.

Also, MSNBC, please stop refering to Bin Laden as Osama. He does not deserve any familiar term like use of first name. Further, it is too close to Pres' last name and thus easy to mis-speak.

I agree that the war on terror should be laid to rest. Bin Laden is dead. Let's start pulling our troops home and start focusing on paying off the debt incurred because of this series of wars. We have far more important issues to address at home. Let's leave the rest of the world fend for itself in terrorism matters. There will always be bad people in the world and we need to deal with them as they sprout. I just think that the countries affected most by terrorists need to put in more effort trying to stop it in their own countries. We can take care of ourselves. We can all be armed to protect ourselves if necessary, it is great to have that freedom!

We just need to be aware that there are bad people all over this world, you cannot stop them all. They are being programmed every second of every day.

Education is the key, since "most" terrorists are programmed with a twisted version of Islam. We know home grown terrorists are either twisted or really mad at some Government agency for misdeeds a few government individuals may have performed. Some may be religious extremists in another faith other than extreme Islam, but I would say that most are extreme Islam. Most highly educated people realize that God is God, no matter what faith you believe in even if you end up not believing in God after a higher education. It is your choice what to believe, not theirs.
